The aim is to create a sustainable eco-village and Permaculture school on a six-acre site consisting of a school and 15 dwellings over a five-year period. The plan is as follows: I Year One: Securing land and collecting financial and material resources; start the educational project. online and in the first structural buildings ii  Year Two: Construct 4-5 building structures, including the school and some dwellings, solar-powered electrical grids, and water tanks – the practical application of what was learned on the permaculture course.

iii Year Three: Build more housing structures. make plans to set up another site in another African state.
